Before partnering with Focus Flooring, the business had no website and no real online presence beyond basic Instagram and Facebook pages. They had never run digital advertising and had no structured way to attract or convert enquiries online.
Their branding, including an outdated logo, didn’t reflect the quality of their workmanship, and without a central online platform, potential customers had limited visibility into their services, past projects, or credibility.
As a result, the majority of their work came from subcontracting through retail flooring stores. This created a heavy reliance on third-party referrals and left the business with little control over lead generation, brand positioning, or consistent growth.
A Complete Lead Generation System
We refreshed Focus Flooring’s branding, developed a multi-page website to highlight their services and past work, and built each page around driving enquiries through forms and phone calls. A custom quote calculator was also integrated to increase lead volume and capture high-intent prospects.
We then tested paid strategies across Google and Meta Ads. Meta proved to be the strongest channel, delivering consistent monthly leads and creating a predictable pipeline of enquiries for the business.
